We've worked in businesses and for businesses, for over thirty-five years. We understand the distinct characteristics of different industries, specifically what end users need in order to optimally use software.
Our focus has always been on providing what the business needs to function and thrive, not what the software vendor's job easier.
And software vendors do like to think that their software can be all things to all people. It's easier for them to write software when they can assume that businesses and their processes will all fall into neat little categories.
In the real business world, this doesn't often happen. Over the last thirty-five years of working with hundreds of different businesses, we've encountered only a handful of businesses who do things in a similar, cookie-cutter way.
